I had the same problem when i found the beef, they said they would only refund the half price as it was old sock??, i phone HO while i was still at the store and the lovely young lady didn't understand why DTD had not been given. While i was still on the phone she rang the store and insisted that i got DTD. She came back on the phone and said if you would like to return to the store and get your DTD and thanked me for bringing this matter up. :T x

The cs in my store was only going to give me jtd but i then let slip about dtd and all was good.:T
