Ok, this is a weird one. I found 4 wombles in one trolley. All paid for using cash and ranging from £43 - £48 but all have different items on them. All receipts are from the same date last month and bought within 7 minutes of each other at the same till. Each receipt has been sub-totalled 5 times and each one has today's date hand written across the top then £5 LT against it. Oh and each one has had a staple ripped off the top

Never seen this before and am a bit cautious about putting them through the checker. Has any one idea what it means? TIA :)

    Just a guess –
Customer has previously done a large shop, split into £40 "lots" to be eligible for £5 off £40.
Vouchers have been printed, stapled to appropriate receipts, and have been used and initialled today.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking, I'm assuming they've already been checked and used. APG not written on them, though I have seen some sa's just initial the receipt rather than write APG. I think to be safe I'll ditch them. Thanks for replying :)

Quick question if I may please.
If I order something from Asad grocery online (none perishable item), and when it comes I dont want/need/was the wrong one, can I return it to a store, or is there some different way I need to return it?
    Many thanks
if the item costs less than £50 you can return to store, over you need to follow the instructions on the back of the order form

The Tuna were packs of 4 x 185g, and should have compared against £2 at A's.

T's website say 4 x 160g, but the ones I got yesterday, off their shelf, are 185g!!!

They will be going back this evening, complete with a complaint.

I just had to share my find :jI found loads of men's boxers that scanned at 4p in Tosco and thought those popping out to t tonight might want to have a rummage :p

I found that all those priced under £8, which I guess were old stock at the old prices, scanned at 4p! Jersey boxers, trunks, slips and briefs in men's sizes, xs, s, m, l, xl, xxl , most I found were xs though. :)

only xs in my store at he old price but not any of the barcodes on the list. Wrote th bc down but I've lost it:o and didn't buy any.. no use... I could just about do S but not XS as I've never felt the need to walk about singing in a falsetto voice:rotfl::rotfl:
