    Evening all....

Not done ANY catching up yet but i'm :j tonight.....

Just got a succesful APG back for a choccie shop at last..... and found a mini glitch! Nothing mega exiting unless you have long hair and smelly breath :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Aquafresh extra care tingling mouthwash is £2.85 and on 2 for £3
buy one on A v Sainsbob shop (£1.50 till 01/01), along with some mia rose hair bands, beige/brown/black, narrow/wide available - £1.75 (trigger), they are also on 2 for £3. I got the wide black, but as non of them on msm I don't think it will make a difference. :D
Basically, as my maths works it, with the 10% extra you get from A's you pay £1.50 for both the mouthwash and hairbands...... but I could be a little wrong? :p

I don't know if I would have the nerve :o what do you tell them as the reason?

I just said the family told me off as they think fingers are boring. I did this just before doing another ff shop and if the SA spotted me, I would have said I got a text to say keep the !!!!!!!

Oh no- feel so bad for you- yes it was reported earlier today that it was showing in the 3 for £10. I nearly did the same thing myself:(

I am now the excited owner of some of those mocs for finest and dairy. Am going to try party food tomorrow and cheese. Are these the only things which the till sees at the original price, or does that work for anything? (Imagination spins with the possibilities!!)

    :hello: Good evening Elite

Such a mad day here, went to visit our friend in hospital as planned. We have been going in 3 times a week for the past 3 weeks or so  Good news today though, he is going to be transfered to the local nursing home tomorrow so visiting will be much easier.
Went to MrA as I had planned, whilst there I looked for the SH nail stuff, imagine my surprise, it's not a nail polish as I thought, but a nail treatment :o Anyway, I got one to try on my nails as they do tend to split and flake.

ALso popped in to my local MrTs on way home as I needed to get some stick on bows and gift tags.

Our friend needs some new 'pants' as his have seen better days so he says. My store don't have a big selection of mens pants or any pants come to think of it. I just picked up a pack of 4 and a pack of socks. It was only when I went through ss that I noticed

    the pants were 4p
they are the briefs b/c 0191 xxxl but he is a big chap also
    got
pack of 4 'slips' look the same as briefs size xxl b/c 0696

Oh, drat, lappy battery gonna die, can't find the lead but I'll b back
There's no place like home :)

Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.

Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.

But I have read the 1st page lol. I am just trying to get my head around the advantage of buying a trigger item from asda and then inputting that receipt into asda apg site.....if I could just get a little tuition with that bit then I am pretty sure I would be able to keep up with the lingo lol. I can understand most of the "code" just that bit I dont understand.[/QUOT

If you are buying a multibuy offer ie 3 for £10 on chocs then often there will be the odd item which despite being part of this offer instore will not be recognised on MSM, (the data base thingy which is used to calculate the APGS) this is known as the trigger. When this is the case you need to buy 3 items for £10 one of which is a trigger - instore the 3 for £10 gets recognised and you pay £10.

Once you get home (after 3 hours) stick the TC number off your receipt into the APG website. It confers with MSM who thinks that you have only bought 2 of the 3 for £10 so doesn't recognise that you have taken part in the deal as the trigger isn't recognised as part of the deal. As a result all 3 items get compared individually.

Does it make sense now, think I may have even confuesd myself while explaining. Maybe someone will come and do a better job:o

Party food end date was given as 11th so do it tomorrow for sure. Buy 5 of them and give over two finest coupons. You will get the five packs for £6.

Dairy BOGOF on Lake district cheese. Buy 4 and use a dairy coupon- get the four of them really cheap £4 ish in total. Must say the mature ones are actually mature and the kids noticed I am afraid.

Yes, that is the plan -- thank you for confirming it will work! But does the same principle apply to other things, or just these?
