Thanks for your email about the delivery charge for the items you want to order. I'm sorry it isn't being deducted.

Please check the items you're ordering meeting the promotion criteria by clicking on the red 'offers' tab on the top right hand side of our website. If they do and the £3.50 still isn't taken off, please place your order and contact us once it's been despatched. We'll then be happy to refund the delivery charge.
