Worth pointing out that Zavvi take AGES to deliver, so only order if you can handle the 'will it arrive in time for Christmas' stress!

Would like to echo eklynne's comments. I have placed 2 orders with Zavvi in November, one on 5 November for a pre order game which was released on 30/11, I cancelled the order yesterday as it was still awaiting stock pick and I had picked it up cheaper in Morrisons. I also ordered a DVD on 23 November , it took until 2 December to dispatch (it was in stock) and it is still not here! I have contacted Zavvi and they have said they will not look into it until 16th December! The other thing is they keep emailing me codes for money off and they don't work at the checkout! Also, contacting customer service is awful, you get a message to say they will reply within 1 day and it took them at least 3 in my case! Such a shame as they used to be quite good but something has changed. Awful!! :mad: Sorry, rant over now
