Does anyone know where I can buy this, or why it seems to have dropped off the planet?

I bought a few cases from Asda when it was on offer at about £5 a bottle. Now we're coming to the end of them, we can't find it anywhere?

I'm not sure about the prices for delivery though on Ocado it says:

Some delivery slots are free, but most come with a Picking, Packing and Delivery charge.
