The best technique is to copy the SOA, and post it in a new thread called "Janebo12 SOA - Please help". Then you'll get more advice.

edit: ... the SOA should include every expense, however small... dental bills, pet food, clothing, hair dressing, heating, insurance, petrol, public transport etc.
