Tesco Direct - Help I think I've lost my Exchange codes!

Hi all,
I'm having problems on the Tesco Direct website. I've done the exchange and got my codes. I added something to my basket and copied and pasted the codes into the box which and the amounts were deducted off the total. I then had to find my credit card to pay the difference so didn't place the order and when I came back the page refreshed and the total price went back to the full amount. I thought they might have saved so I checked and they have saved but with this message next to them -
eCoupon not added. Clubcard Exchange £10 off
You've not met the minimum spend. Please add more items from the eCoupon promotion to get your discount.
I can't reinsate them or even delete them and try again, they just seem to be stuck there so I can't place my order.
I'm guessing I might have to give CS a call but I would be grateful if anyone knows a trick to get my codes working, I haven't got a clue what's gone wrong here!

So you still be able to see your codes from the original email that was sent or under 'Exchanges' in MCA.
So you could log-off go into internet tools and delete 'cookies' and try again - making sure the item you what is qualified (will say so on the product page).
If you have continuing problems - call 'Direct'.I used to work for Tesco - now retired - speciality Clubcard0 -

No luck after cookies cleared unfortunately. I've also checked on another computer and the same message is showing when I try to place the order again. The item definitely qualified, the codes were excepted with no problem the first time around.
I've sent an email to Direct so hopefully it'll be sorted soon but I've got no idea how this has happened.0
