Spending nectar points - double value?

Hope this is the right place! I'm clutching my nest egg of nectar points and would love to redeem them on a double value deal but although I've been checking back for what feels like ages the same double value deals (that I'm not interested in) haven't changed. Does anyone know how often they change them, before I spend mine...and then find they've got a great double value deal!!
