Depends on the type and size of the baskets you want. I've always used amazon and ebay .

I got a beautiful wicker one from home bargains for £5.99. It's for my parents & I will whip it back after Christmas to refill next year so I didn't mind spending a little bit extra.#55 in £2012 challenge - £169.87 / £20120

I found a lovely wicker hamper a few months ago at my local Charity Shop for only £1, so it might be worth visiting the local ones to you.0
