    I bought one from Micro Direct last year, had to send it back twice in the 1st 2 months of ownership due to the same fault. However, since last October, it has worked great (he says whilst touching a large piece of wood). From the other postings, it seems like a bit of luck is involved...so good luck if you're buying. I paid around £35-£40 I seem to remember, so £20 is a good price (don't forget your Quidco of course).

    Works a charm!

    No problems whatsoever. Charged it up a few hours, whacked the software onto my computer and piled a load of songs onto it!

    Got my own headphones so using them the sound quality is fantastic!
