Changing cat's food.....

This might be a daft question with an abvious anwser but I'm going to ask it anyway
I'm planning to change my cats brand of food (whiskers to Bozita) and I'm not really sure how long I should be mixing the 2 brands together. Both cats seem to have pretty robust stomachs (the only time I've really had any issues was when one them ate a load of home made carbonara sauce when my back was turned - cue a messy litter tray that stank of garlic) but I don't want to rush it and risk upset tummies.
Also does anyone know of a good supplier for Bozita - so far the best I've found are zooplus (which I'd need to really bulk buy to make it worth while) and an eBay seller I've used before who sells it for £50 for 48 packs.

Zooplus do free delivery for orders over £19, so you would need to order 24 tins. I say tins deliberately as I believe they are far better value/quality than the cartons. The tins are a dense meaty pate whereas the cartons are bulked out with jelly or gravy, and I have heard that these fillers do cause runny or stinky bums for lots of cats.
Animonda carny is another similar tinned product available on Zooplus.
As for changing it over.....I have to admit to never doing the gradual thing...once a tin is opened it gets served up and that's it in my house!0
