near end of fixed term rate

I have 25% shared ownership of a 2B-flat. I am nearing the end of the 3-yr fixed rate term with Woolwich. What do I do next? is it advisable to go fixed rate again or not. ANy advise please. I dion't have any extra cash for increased mortgage payments.

What rate will your mortgage revert to when the fixed rate finishes? Typically with Woolwich your reversionary rate is linked to the base rate. It will tell you this on your mortgage offer letter.

Contact Woolwich and ask if you can go onto a fixed rate, if you cannot afford to pay your mortgage if it goes up then choosing a fixed rate seems a sensible thing to do.
