I'm looking for an air frozen turkey at reasonable cost.
Checking the websites of the usual suspects, they don't say they're air frozen, so I assume they're not.
Before I go trekking round the shops, does anyone have any suggestions?
many thanks

there are various companies in the UK producing frozen Turkeys that use 'water chilling' as part of the process.
If you are looking for a Turkey or Crown that does not use 'water chilling' during the process, then here are some options:
Morrisons Own Brand Frozen
Co-operative Elmwood Frozen
Asda Own Brand UK Frozen
Tesco Own Brand frozen
Note that I believe Bernard Matthews uses 'water chilling' as opposed to 'Air Chilling' for their birds0
