The figure you quote is the average price for the 3 months to Nov 2011 vs the quarter's average leading to Nov 2012.0 -
I think brit ignores everyone. rejoicing even over a -1.3% fall would mean he waits a good 40-50 years for his 50% fall lol.0

On Brit's advice I'm not buying another until they fall 50% from here.
At a decline of £15/ year I should be in within another 5,500 years.
I was worried about getting a mortgage at the age of 5,545 but homelessskilledworker says it shouldn't be a problem - he's expecting prices to fall much more rapidly and thinks he'll be able to get a mortgage when he's 154.0
