Roll the paper round the present, twist and tie the ends like making a christmas cracker.
Use toilet roll / postage tubes or a roll of corrugated card if you need something more rigid to roll around.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0 -

Just jumping in with an idea for the jars people have suggested...
This year I have been saving coffee jars of a golden blended variety, the large jars.
I am using them for my sweets presents as the labels soak off easily and the lids are plain plastic and easy to decorate.
I will also admit to having lifted a couple from my neighbours recycling bin, all in the name of money saving of course!
I needed a couple more so got some jars of coffee on offer in a cash and carry, and have decanted the coffee into an airtight tupperwear box to use later.0
