House of Fraser recognition rewards card

HoF have an offer this week, spend £100 in store or online and get a £20 credit on your 'recognition' card. Curious to see what this was, I checked and found this:

So there are 2 cards, one is a credit card, is the other one just simple a points card? Is it free? Does anyone have one??

I've got the points card. Its free and works much like any other loyalty card. House of Fraser notify you of discount days, etc once you have the card.0
