This was advertised on another forum a couple of weeks ago - but noone found any stock.

You'll find loads of discontinued products on the Currys and Pcworld websites simply be entering 0.97 in the search field, then filter price low-high.
I have found many bargains before, simply by checking the above before visiting the store.

I would imagine OP got this from "offer of the day".
It won't recognise the web address here, but i'm sure you can work it out.
Its been on there for some weeks but only went on the front page a couple of days ago.
Its best to click the store on the left then filter by price to grab the bargain early.

Searching with 0.97 is hit and miss. It used to work very well, but not anymore. Try it now and the PSP game mentioned here doesn't come up in the results.

The cheapest thing that comes up for me is CHALLENGE 105mm X 130mm RULED DUPLICATE BOOK Price inc VAT £1.97

Manual searching maybe . Try it yourself, put 0.97 in the search box, once the results come up select Price -Lowest First.


Yep manual searching by just by clicking on Gaming, PSP, Games. Either that or got it from another forum cos I saw it a few weeks ago, just can't for the life of me remember where, there were none about then either.

If you search for '.97' as opposed to '0.97' you should see three pages of products, including a few PS2 games and the Ridge Racer 2 PSP game. However, none of these are in stock in any store in Devon.
