Yes with a generic request for me to ring them which I did today. Basically they've sent me a link to a statement of earnings form which I fill in 3 days before repayment is due with a request to set up a repayment plan which is apparently then set up instantly.
The email says they will not try to empty my account providing I fill in this form.
I did ask several times if it could be sorted right now but apparently this is how it's done.0
