I had what was called a traditional Christmas bouquet from Iflorist which was a gift from my brother in Australia.

It was total cr*p, most flowers were DOA. I haven't had the heart to tell him, but have sent them a strongly worded email of complaint.

I certainly wouldn't use them, I always like Bunches - their flowers have never let me down.

I remember a thread on HUKD last Valentines and some peoples arrived in a terrible state too, also in some cases not what they had ordered either.
  • I also ordered the carnations for an elderly Auntie, yodel dumped them in a so called safe place (no one knows where) and she didnt get the Christmas present I sent her, wasted £10 plus for nothing.
  • I kept on the case, got a full refund and £10 credit which I am not sure I'll use based on my recent experience!
