hi all,thanks for looking.my question is.could anybody tell me:::
i claimed on my abbey national payment protection policy last year for 12 months and then the payments stopped.(12 mon ths up)
am i entitled to claim again at all, after another 12 months has passed since i last claimed.i have been continuously paying the payment plan since ..or should i just stop paying it....cheers

you'll have to read the policy document for the answer to that one.After all the searching life is what i make it!0

Normally these policies are renewed every year - therefore if you have renewed it with them, they would know your claims experience, and therefore they should pay out again on one of the covered eventualities. Normally they would not renew the policy if tey were not going to cover you. My boyfriend is unemployed at present and has payment protection for his mortgage. His policy states he must continue make payments during the period of claim and can make another claim after he has been in employment for 6 months.
But I think brannyrhino is right to say read your policy document ,cos' they're probably all different.Titch0
