Can I freeze prawn marie rose sauce?

I've made a little more marie rose sauce than needed (mayo, creme fraiche, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcester sauce) so I was wondering if it will freeze. It's just the sauce on its own.

No, you can't freeze it - as an emulsion, it will split. It does keep well in the fridge though.

You could use it as a baked potato topping (with or without prawns) eg with fried chicken and onion in a bapA kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
