1st time buyer - financial advisor

Been to see a financial advisor (yesterday) about a morgage, took in paperwork, job, debts, money coming in etc seemed happy with what he had, asked to bring in a few more details, but said he couldnt see a problem with getting the amount needed, said he would get in contact yesterday or today to let me know, rather than me waiting while all the necessary things were tapped into the computer. So he has 2 phonenumbers and my email and its now the next day late afternoon and i have heard nothing yet! Is this normal? Would they still contact if the computer had said no chance of a morgage, considering he said no payment til things had been completed, so perhaps they dont want to waste their time phoning me?

Call him and find out. That is what they are being paid for.
We can only speculate as to the answer. Depending where in the world you are they may have had snow and not gone into work(!).Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
Ring them and chase them up.0
