Tesco Direct Clubcard Exhange - returning items

Hi all,

Unfortunately pretty much everything I want on Tesco Direct is either sold out or not available on the exchange and I'm running out of time before I lose my vouchers. I've narrowed it down to one item but its got some pretty bad reviews so it might be a bit risky.

If I order it and it's no good then how will Tesco refund the £30 worth of exchange vouchers if I return it? I presume I won't just lose all the money?
