    I understood the OP to have clocked in and out of the building therefore a timesheet was used for hours worked, that could possibly be the reason why their hours actually worked wasn't picked up straight away unless I misunderstood.

    Likewise, I'd be interested in an update on this one, but I'm sad to say I'd be betting my rep's badge on dismissal in this case.
