mortgage help

i have come to the end of my fixed for 5 years mortgage, and now wish to move, however i dont think i have any equity in my house, and do not have any deposit to put down on a new one, the one i am looking at is worth more than i owe on my current mortgage.

Any ideas on how i can do this? as i really need to move and haven't a clue how to go about it!

you need to save money for a 10% deposit.

Afraid doesnt seem any other way around it unless you have the equity in your house (and that assumes someone is willing to pay what you need to sell it for).

Without a deposit, you won't be able to get a new mortgage.

Would you be willing to sell up and then rent elsewhere?

Ask your current lender if it has any negative equity products for home-moving existing borrowers. These allow you to move, taking any shortfall with you.
