Equidebt Limited
Hi everyone, hope someone can assist me please. There may have been previous posts on this, but I am new to this forum and would appreciate any help you can give.
I have received a letter from Equidebt acting on behalf of Aktiv Kapital UK Limited, addressed to my sister but to my address, which I am not sure how they have obtained. My sister has been ill for a number of years and is now in a care home. To the best of my knowledge she does not owe any money. She is not capable of responding to any letters herself.
How best am I to respond to them?
Many thanks in anticipation of your kind assistance.

To be honest if you really feel that this is wrong just put the envelope back in the post marked 'Not at This Address' and forget about it.
Other than that, speak to your sister, obviously we dont know her circumstances, you would need her permission to act on her behalf ie
for a 'prove it' letter to be sent. A template letter which can be found on here
Are there any details of the debt in the letter.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
Thanks for your prompt response. There is just an amount on the letter, no further details.0
