Marble Property Services - Opinions?

Hi All. 
I am looking to buy my first house, and have been looking at a new build. I never thought I would be able to afford a house at such a price (around £180000) but the developer assures me that there are so many deals out there for First Time Buyers that they make it sound easier than trying to get a 'normal' mortgage for an existing house!
They have recommended Marble Property Services for the mortgage. Does anyone have any experience of them? I only ask because I assume the developer will automatically refer everyone to them, so it would be nice to get some opinions from anyone who has actual experience of using them rather than a developer that they presumably have a contract/agreement with!
