A useful free 2013 calendar/planner in A4 size to print off. I find it great for use both at home and work and print off two.

I have got one at work and one at home too. The A3 planner is the one for work where we have the A3 printer.

And there is on that site also a calendar with one page for every month which is useful for making notes on.
  • Be careful when downloading calendar for printing as it automatically installs a toolbar at the same time and it can be difficult to try and uninstall it afterwards!!!

I have downloaded these calendars and planners for several years and never had a toolbar install itself! Are you confusing this with some other downloadable calendar?

I had the same problem on my one and only attempt to download a free calendar last week (not this one, I hasten to add.) Ended up having to do a system restore to get shut of the unwanted toolbar.

The calendar recommended by the OP is perfectly safe. It does not install a toolbar.

I'm a regular user of these calendars and planners too and can also confirm they are fine to download. If you burrow down there are also year planners and calendars in various different formats tucked away on that site.
  • I just tried to download the A4 version and it DID install a toolbar despite me unticking the option. I've hidden it for now (I don't have time to muck about trying to unsintall) but I'm pretty sure its going to rear it's ugly head again at some point.

Can you give us the details? Like which page you were downloading from, what option you got which you unticked and what toolbar it was? I've just tried it again and don't get a toolbar or any option to untick or anything like that.

Do you get a similar option when downloading Word documents from other sites?

If you click on the correct "Click here to download the whole 2013 Calendar" bit of the webpage, you are simply downloading a .doc text file (which works well).

However, for the ignorant and/or impatient observer, it would be quite easy to click on the links of various adverts (including a prominent advert that includes the word "download" and end up with all manner of unpleasant surprises).

Using the following direct link to the download might help those nervous about bypassing adverts:
    http://www.project-education-uk.freeserve.co.uk/2013-calendar.doc

Incidentally, for those of us who don't use Micro$oft Word, the calendar works just as well in LibreOffice! Printed and folded up, this fits nicely in my wallet, for me to see without having to get out my specs! :D

    Many thanks, OP!

Makes sense - well done Sherlock.
