Hi all, I'm pretty new this forum. I have been accepted a house offer recently and my mortgage appointment is on Friday. I have check my experian credit score and it is perfectly fine (999), but my Barclays current account (opened in 2006) and my Barclays credit card (6k crdit limit)is not shown in my credit report. I have spend £1600 on my credit card.
My lender told me tht they re using experian to check my credit score. Is this anomaly in my credit report will gonna adversely affect my mortgage ppliction decision?.?
Thank you, please reply, your help I highly appreciated..

I think you need to ask Experian about this as any comment here will be merely blind speculation.0 -
Lenders often supply information to only one CRA, others don't supply information until the account has problems.
You disclose any credit agreements if they are requested and the lender makes its decisions based on the information you provide and on information from the CRAs.I am a mortgage broker. The credit card that I've spent hundreds of pounds on every month for the last 15 years isn't mentioned on my Experian report either. Didn't affect me getting a mortgage.0

If you took out the credit card before 2000 there's a chance the provider doesn't have your agreement to share positive data about it with the credit reference agencies. You need to ask the lender about this because if it is the reason for the account not appearing on your report you may be able to change that now. Your current account is more recent though so I suspect that's a different issue: namely that some banks only share details about overdraft facilities above a certain size, typically £1000-1200. Again, the lender will be able to confirm this for you.
