Want to buy an Oriel mattress: any reliable online companies out there?

I ordered a La Romantica Oriel single mattress for my teenager but have had to look elsewhere now as the company has not delivered it, and I can't contact them.
Has anyone ordered this mattress, been happy with it, and used a decent company?

Okay, maybe have to forget about getting the Oriel. Only one other company seem to do it, (The Mattress Emporium), but just tried to ring the number on their site and it is out of order too!! Great.
