I got one of those Tesco Salmons for a fiver last week and now have thousands of steaks in the freezer. Can I cook them from frozen or need to thaw first? I wanted them for dinner tonight, but only thought it up just now
Thank you in advance

aha so it wasnt the cook from frozen wild salmon side?? £5??
No, it was a 3kg fish, which I had to de-scale and chop. Their spines are too robust for normal kitchen knives...
Hmmm. D'you know what? Thank you for your help. I'll just defrost some for tomorrow and have sandwiches tonight instead... No fish bones in those...:wall:0 -
