Frozen Salmon

I got one of those Tesco Salmons for a fiver last week and now have thousands of steaks in the freezer. Can I cook them from frozen or need to thaw first? I wanted them for dinner tonight, but only thought it up just now
Thank you in advance

wrap the salmon side in foil
place on baking tray in centre of pre-heated oven for 45-50mins
    oven 220c/425f gas mark7

No, it was a 3kg fish, which I had to de-scale and chop. Their spines are too robust for normal kitchen knives...
Hmmm. D'you know what? Thank you for your help. I'll just defrost some for tomorrow and have sandwiches tonight instead... No fish bones in those...
