Halifax Mortgage Calculator Query

Does the mortgage calculator on Halifax's website actually work for anyone?
No matter what figures I input it comes back with "Sorry, we're unable to match mortgages to what you've asked for." I've tried different browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, Chrome) and different devices (PC, laptop, iPad, iPhone).
Does it actually work for anyone else or is it just me who is having problems? I'm going to call them later today anyway but I'd rather compare online first.

Google Halifax Intermediaries and use the one on there - it definitely works and you do not need a degree to work it..I am a Mortgage Broker
