    Yes, you can freeze puff pastry pizzas. Best frozen before baking though.
    Open freeze first, then pack in bags. They'll store for 4-6mths :)
    Bake from frozen on a dampened baking tray and cook in a hot oven (425F/220C/Gas7)

    i've just bought a freezer. yippee:j. Can I freeze home made pastry ,uncooked. and if so how long for please?
  • Freeze it, well wrapped up. Defrost for a few hours before use. I wouldn't keep it for more than 3 months just because I'd be worried about freezer burn.

  • i usually make pastry but bought a load when it was whoopsied at mr A it has been in freezer since feb i defost in micro when i want to make saus rolls in a hurry its been fine

    Yes I've frozen pastry quite a few times, its fine.

    thats good. I would like to make mince pies for around xmas so theres no panic mid winter.
