Hello Everyone,
I have created a great mortgate calculator merged with monthly budget planner. I want to share with all, what is the best way to do so, so that I can get the suggestions and review comments and I can improve the work.
Following are the feature of the excel sheets combined 1. Add monthly budget for each category 2. Add you salary after tax 3. Add the expenses on each category 4. Shows the fluctuation when you go out of the budget in the charts section. 5. You can create n number of options in the houses excel sheet 6. When you select one of the option, you can see in the yearly budget planner how it is effecting your budget. 7. You can choose from FHA vs conventional loan 8. You can provide the Master data for mortgate loan in EMI Chart sheet. 9. You can compare all of your house selection in the House Compare sheet.
Thanks
Shekhar

FHA?
EMI?

No this might not be applicable to UK, but can easily easily accomodate the requirement for UK. You can treat FHA and conventional as two different type of loan with different interests and terms.0
