Unless you open a new bank account that is unrelated to any of your other debts, then it will never get to court, they will continue to attempt to take back the money you borrowed until it is all paid back.

You agreed to take the money, and now it is time to pay it back.
:) Been here for a long time and don't often post
  • Your reason for not paying in the first place is beyond me. How exactly did you forget?

If you can afford what they asked for, just pay it and forgot about these shysters and move on with your life.
  • Leaving aside the spelling and grammatical errors in Speedcredit's terms and conditions I am somewhat stunned that number 8 states the following:
We reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions at our discretion.
Taking that at face value, this means that they can basically make up new rules as they go along irrespective of the agreement that you would have agreed to when the loan was first taken out. This seems absolutely scandalous to me.

Yes Marathon Man, leaving aside the spelling and the fact they are called Speedcredit, its the smallprint which is shocking:j

Well after looking at my credit report they are there - however they wont place a default on me nor commence legal proceedings against me.
Why not? I wish they would so i could make them justify charges to the courts.
