No 133 here made a final payment of the year of £500, still didn't manage to meet my target but still pleased with what we have achieved.

Congratulations to Pawlala, fantastic news

Might not be around this evening so this will have to be the last update of the year. No doubt there's a few stragglers still to report ops, maybe even some still to be made. Just over 6 hours - there's still time :D
I'll leave it a month or 2 until everyone's had a chance to report.

The final few to add for now.

slowlyfading (target reached:T), catslovelycats, pavlovs_dog (target reached:T), Southernman(target reached:T), Time to face the music, pammyj74, FacelessNumber, Kerfuffle (target reached:T), Poppycat1, gallygirl, pawlala(target reached:T),froddington (target reached:T), ixia and muddywhitechicken.

catslovelycats - I had your total quite a bit below that you posted. You had a couple of months with no ops so I've split the difference between them (unless you'd like it differently).

With Congratulations to pawala and a hopefully encouraging reminder to the rest of us. All that's left is

    Happy New Year!

Wow it's been a while since I've been onto the forum! Life (and work) have had to take priority.

I can report my regular OPs for Nov and Dec were made - 62.25 each month but sadly no extras :(

Congratulations to everyone on here for another great year especially to those who've made it to mortgage freedom! Also a bog thanks to VoucherMan for running the board too!!

Need to head over to MFiT-T3 to update there, then I'll think about my own diary and maybe MFW2014!

  • Congratulations to everyone who managed to reach their targets and well done to anyone that made overpayments on their mortgage,

In addition to being mortgage free in 2013, as of yesterday, I also became totally debt free. That is the way I intend to live now, the old fashioned way.

No more loans, no more debts, the credit card only used in emergencies.

If I need to buy anything, its cash only.

Thanks to voucherman for dealing with the admin side of things and to all contributors to this thread.

Best of luck to everyone in 2014

    Hi All,

It's been an age since I've reported and life has changed considerably due to health issues.

So, good to see the positive work of the thread continues and congratulations to all who achieved freedom in 2013.

VM you can add me to the list as I became mortgage free in the middle of October.

Good luck to everyone continuing the challenge.

    All the best,
