My Adviser has just retired I need a new one

I have just heard my much trusted mortgage adviser has retired early due to ill health of his wife. This is a bit unfortunate as I was looking at a new 6 bedroom villa on the beach front in Cyprus for 1.8 million CYP which I think I could buy. My old adviser was bit of a wizard and so I want some one with brains like him.…

Thanks guys for the replies especially Joe and Mr H. I will be investigating these ideas and doing the sums over the next few days. i didnt realise the rates were that low toonfish. Maybe I can afford the one nextdoor with the enormous swimming pool. I am trying to find a quick cheap flight to pop over and have a look, so we shall see what happens over the next few days.
