1. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and USA). Flights must include a Saturday night stay in your destination. Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest international airport. Travel must be booked a minimum of 12 weeks in advance.
2. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two adults sharing a twin or double room (winner's choice) with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. At least one guest must be over the age of 21. Guitar is subject to availability at time of booking.
3. Spa treatments are subject to availability at time of booking. Winners have the choice of an 80 minute spa treatment from the Rockstar menu including Body Tune, Pipe Cleaner, Pick up, Strum, Syncopation & Supersonic.
4. Gig tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events and festivals.
5. Winners must be over the age of 21 to enjoy the signature cocktails in the bar.
6. Dinner is Based on two people enjoying three courses from the a la carte menu with half a bottle of house wine per person.
7. VIP entrance to Sunset Strip venues cannot be guaranteed and is at the doorman's discretion, people must be aged over 21 and over. Passport ID may be required.
8. Should iPod touch be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change. Winners will receive a £15.00 iTunes voucher to load their favourite song.
9. For all US trips, UK Passport holders must hold a valid ESTA (electronic tourist visa) from the US Embassy, which can be applied for a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel. Anyone not holding an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner's responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the United States of America. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected.
10. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance.
