CSA enforcement of variation

I'm having exactly the same problem with my ex .. said he was an employee for years then i found out he owns one business and his new partner who he told the csa was unemployed owns another .. he sent in a letter signed by 2 others directors stating he draws a salary of £16,000. and doesnt take shares or dividends. so again i got a nil assessment. he has his own house, 2 cars a horse and holidays in cuba. where can i get a copy of company accounts for £1 everywhere i have looked they cost alot more than that

Think the price may have gone up since, but it may be worth getting your evidence together and looking at a variation for lifestyle. A salary of £16,000 would be around £250pw, which would not allow him to lead the lifestyle that he is doing.

HOpefully not! I am teaching but only have a year's contract so unless I find a job starting September, I have no choice.
