Free Audio Books. Anybody know where?

Hello,

Is there such a place where you can download free Audio Books like a Napster of Audio Books or similar? Mainly Self help but anything interesting really.

Iv'e looked everywhere and cant seem find anything substantial.

if you sign up to audible via pigsback you get 1 free audiobook. They have a large range so you've got plenty to choose from. You have to register card details with them though. I did this when 2 free downloads were available and cancelled at the end of the free trial.

The versions you can download for free aren't superb quality, and to be honest it's worth buying their DVDs full of audio books, which are incredibly cheap.

It's all copyright-free stuff, so you won't have anything new there. But the Sherlock Holmes audio books (I think they have every Holmes story) are very good.

Librivox is one i have used before that is free.

Librivox is OK, but I downloaded several Wodehouse books and was absolutely horrified by the quality of the narration. Emotionless, emphasis on totally the wrong words, terrible robot-style voices... truly awful.
