PlayStation Plus 90 day subscription for £7.99!

As part of the 12 deals of Xmas PlayStation store are selling a 90 days playstation plus subscription for £7.99 (usually £11.99).

I recommend it to anyone who loves gaming, I've had it for a few months and it's already paid for itself!

The deal ends at midnight on the 7th December and can be bought through the Playstation Store (on the ps3, or the ps vita)
I'm not sure if there is a way to buy it without accessing the ps3 (for example through a gift)

They're also doing a Music Unlimited (similar to Spotify) deal with ps plus this month, which means you get a years free music for about £15 (I think it's less).

It's brilliant value, the way it works is:

Any of the games you download for free, you keep whilst your ps plus subscription is active (you get them back if you have a break)
Any of the games you buy discounted you keep regardless of whether your subscription is active. Same with the Music Unlimited deal!

Also from last month they are now offering PS vita content for free too and they started off with massive games like Uncharted: Golden Abyss and Gravity Rush

They seem to think its a super hot deal, my kids have xbox though and it all goes over my head lol

It really is! It's a shame that Xbox don't offer a similar service. Basically with Xbox you have to pay to play online, with PS3 it's free to play but you can pay (for PS Plus) to get free games and discount and stuff.
