I picked up my prints today, although I am delighted with the 250 points and free photos as a sidenote the quality of the prints are quite poor in comparison to other online photo companies I have used (snapfish etc) - the colours were not vibrant at all.

Shouldn't moan as it was a great offer, but I am glad I didn't pay for them and I wouldn't rush into using them again for real money.

Just been down at my local Tesco, photos should have been ready to collect on 4th May. They said this service was not available in this shop!? Called costumer service, they said it should have been posted to this store,they are trying to find out what happened, waiting for them to call me back.

"Great" service...

Well at least I haven't paid for them...
