Thanks! I managed to find that out in the nick of time, got 2 Gatineau sets for £72, plus the free gift, plus 12.62% cashback from TCB, which will be £9.08! So the net cost is £62.92. Wow. What an incredible deal! Wish I'd ordered more

Hmmmmm
I just looked at my account on Beauty room, just to see if I could track my order and nearly fainted when in the order history it shows totally different items to what I ordered and with a very inflated cost. Panic stations as didn't print off a copy and I know there was problems yesterday with sites getting mobbed lol but thankfully I have found the email and this shows what I actually ordered.
Has anyone else checked their account through the site??

I tried but although I could see the order, it said the URl was not available.......:(

I tried too and with the order yesterday, got "The requested URL was not found on this server."
Checked my entire order history, and it has my order but at double the value....but the good news is, checked my bank statement, and there is money waiting to go out. This equates to exactly the amount due to the Beauty Room (as in half price of the order), and also an order I made with M&S.
Hope this helps and puts some minds at rest. I have used this company before, and they have been good....just hope that this does not come back to bite me on the bum!

I had the same problem but there are two links that you can click on.
The first one displayed no URL but the one underneath showed my order. I actually added up the goods they have listed and even at 50% off the figures don't work. After the heart failure of thinking I had spent so much in error and then relief at finding my email and realising I hadn't gone round the twist I guess the site is just blipping out. Well fingers crossed for us all

Just checked my bank statement again, and the correct amount due to the Beauty Room, has come off, so looks as if all is well.

Well I have just had an email saying that practically everything I ordered is now out of stock ( I ordered quite early on the day) and they will refund within 3 days. So NOT a very happy bunny here.

My thoughts exactly - I checked the web site and one of the items they said is OOS is showing in stock on web site - have emailed them to see why. I wonder if they will honour any full orders?
