Wanted - football shirt including printing

I'm wondering where is the cheapest place to get hold of a printed football shirt for a 10-year-old boy?
He specifically wants the 2012/13 Manchester United away shirt/kit printed with a name + number for Christmas
The name printing alone appears to work out quite expensive - last year we found a site offering free printing and/or sleeve badges.
Any recommendations? Thanks in advance
