RPI levels - how to work them out ?

Could someone please tell me where I can find the exact percentage of the RPI from January 15th 2003 - Janaury 15th 2004 and the amount each year up to January 15th 2007. My maintenance is meant to rise yearly according to this and I haven't a clue how much should have been paid to me extra each year. any help would be greatly received. Thanks
