we got a loan about 10 years ago from tsb and they made a big mistake
my husband had just got his permanent contract and put on form that he had been there for 6 weeks they got in touch with them like they do and when we went into sign the manager at the time said we will put 6 months
we also paid for insurance for sickness etc
anyway about 6 months later husband became sick as he fell and couldnt work coz of his back but when they went to claim on insurance they said it was void because when we took it out he had only been there 6 weeks not 6 months
they then took insurance policy off and refunded what we had paid on it and restarted the new amount each month
about a year later husband was unemployed thru sickness again long term and couldnt pay so we put in an offer of 5 pount per month which they accepted we are still payin it now at £7 per month as we have argued with them about the interest and everything that thye keep addin on
anyway what i am wondering would we be able to claim back all the interest they have put on over the years
thank you
if you appreciate this then a thank you would be appreciated :T
