Hi All,
just wondered if any one knows what the best Fixed Sub Prime/Heavy Averse self cert mortgage out there at the moment? I have been told that the Kensington is the best, but are there any better?
Many thanks
Richard

Sub prime is a very specialist area and what could be classed as heavy subprime with one lender could be medium or light with another

Are you sure you need to self cert - there are a lot of lenders that that can agree mortgage amounts based on an affordability calculator which may help get a better rate than on a self certI am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Considering Kensington - Id rather rent first... Appauling company - you get in trouble with them and you will regret the day you went with them.
Give more details and see if there are anymore options as described above.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
