Hi All
I am trying to look into options to arrange a surprise trip for my husband's 40th in February.
I was thinking of Rome/Prague but dont see a lot of options for flying from Belfast.
Has anyone else done any city breaks to Europe they would recommend that is reasonably priced?
I am open to flying from Dublin if I have to....
Thanks in advance for any suggestions or tips!

Hi did Rome a few years ago with easy jet from Belfast.0

There are no direct flights to Rome or Prague this winter from Belfast. Amsterdam, Barcelona or Paris would be your best options.
Otherwise from the Dublin you have plenty of choice.0 -
Thanks guys - such a pity no direct flights anymore!!!
Will maybe have to revert to Dublin as been to Barcelona, and he been to Amsterdam!
Now to try and get a deal....0 -
We went to Venice from Dublin. It is a great city and a trip to Murano to see the glass was fabulous.0

I know they are from London but the prices look good from BA plus time to book Easyjet

Been to Rome several times and in my opinion it's well worth the change at Brussels to get there. If your husband is like me and loves his history there is arguably nowhere better to go than Rome. Best advice - make sure you stay inside the city centre, that's where most of it's at.0

No better place to fly direct to from Belfast than PARIS! Fantastic city.
Lucky hubby!0 -
You can fly direct to Krakow from the international airport. It's a lovely wee city for a short break: there's loads to do and plenty of good eating and drinking.0

Really nice place.Lots to see and do and all resonably priced. Check out the salt mine tour with Krakow tours.Great fun. In some places drinks during happy hour worked out at 50p a drink. Also the trip from/to the airport was a doodle.Enjoy.0
