Am shaking like a leaf. The girl was 'professional' but not nasty.
They have agreed to take my offered payment for the next 3 months and 'will review' after that. They want me to send in a copy of my SOA. I assume this is all normal practice?
Am glad that they have accepted the offered payment, hopefully if I make all the payments on time for the next 3 months they will agree to continue at that level.

An SOA is normal practice.
You need to show all in-outs for your finances.
"Technically" they could ask for proof of income. You should supply this if asked but nothing else. (Like proof of outgoings/bills etc) (And don't offer!)
The Nationals Debtline website suggests that you should and are only expected to, supply the same information as a court would ask for.
When 3 months are up, tell them very firmly that your circumstances have not changed (if they haven't) and you can afford no more.
Best of luck!0
